Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production teams with day-to-day product troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on mechanical assembly, integration, and performance issues.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering change documentation.
• Review and scrub bills of material (BOMs) for accuracy and configuration control.
• Support product testing, failure investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Execute light mechanical design and drawing updates in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve product performance and manufacturability.
