Job summary

OKSI in Torrance, CA is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to lead the design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and production transition of complex mechanical systems for defense and technology projects.

You will provide technical leadership, resolve engineering issues, and coordinate across disciplines and suppliers to ensure deliverables meet performance, schedule, cost, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least six years of relevant experience are required.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Candidates should have CAD and mechanical engineering expertise, project leadership experience, manufacturing and hands-on assembly skills, and must have or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
