The Intrepid Group is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to design, analyze, and integrate mechanical systems supporting intelligence and national security missions. You will assess integrity and performance, develop CAD models, and document technical specifications.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of hands-on experience are required. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is mandatory, with experience in classified environments preferred.

Develop technical documentation and CAD models, troubleshoot issues, and support prototyping, testing, and validation while ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and mission requirements.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least five years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience are required. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required; experience in classified environments and knowledge of advanced manufacturing, robotics, unmanned systems, simulations, and systems engineering are desirable.
