Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field with 5 years of engineering experience (Level 3) or Master's with 3 years (Level 3).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years (Level 4) or Master's with 6+ years (Level 4).
  • Experience with Creo Parametric and Model Based Drawings; GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead MGSE development and perform detailed MGSE design using CREO; document designs.
  • Perform cost and schedule planning for MGSE projects and proposals.
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to MGSE engineers.
  • Lead initial MGSE sizing through hand calculations and analyses.
  • Coordinate with customers, programs, I&T, and suppliers; present findings.
  • Lead small proposal activities and prepare SOWs.
  • Present structural issues/solutions to management and customers.
