You'll serve as a project manager, coordinating all aspects of MEP design across diverse market sectors, while also mentoring junior teammates and identifying new opportunities for Steen to serve and shine.

Candidate is expected to have solid design experience with central plant design, hydraulic pumping systems, economic analysis, industrial ventilation, building automation and HVAC control sequences.

  • Meet with owners, architects, and engineers to define project needs and system requirements.
  • Develop schematic design concepts.
  • Oversee and verify load calculations, system layouts, details and specifications.

  • Build and maintain client relationships that result in new business opportunities.
