Oshkosh Delivery in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an engineering student to support design and manufacturing readiness activities. You will participate in investigations, torque studies, production trials, and contribute to corrective actions and technical documentation.

Candidates should be pursuing a mechanical/manufacturing engineering degree with sophomore coursework completed and a 3.0 GPA preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and CAD

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Completed at least sophomore-year coursework; GPA around 3.0 preferred.
• Foundational engineering knowledge with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Support design engineering and manufacturing operations through production readiness activities, engineering investigations, torque studies, and production trials. Assist with root cause and failure analysis, corrective actions, technical documentation, and communication across engineering, quality, and operations teams.

Requirements:

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field and have completed at least sophomore-year coursework; a 3.0 GPA is preferred. Candidates should have foundational engineering and problem-solving knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD exposure and manufacturing or vehicle-industry experience are advantageous.
