Job Description:

As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Diversified Conveyors International, LLC you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects in the field of material handling systems. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the diverse aspects of mechanical engineering within the conveyor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in Design and Engineering: Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to the design and engineering of custom conveyor systems. Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and models.
  2. Prototype Development: Participate in the prototyping process, including assembling and testing conveyor components. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  3. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from conveyor performance tests. Contribute to the identification and resolution of any issues or inefficiencies.
  4. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and project reports.
  5. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, installation, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
