Stealth Startup in the United States is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and build large-scale industrial manufacturing equipment from the ground up. This hands-on role involves moving between CAD and the shop floor to drive tangible results.

You will own design-to-manufacture handoffs, generate detailed drawings and BOMs, and collaborate with machinists and electrical/controls engineers. The position offers growth as the mechanical engineering function scales in a fast-paced startup.

Competenze

• 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a hands-on, build-oriented environment.
• Experience taking a mechanical design from concept through fabrication and assembly.
• Comfortable working with machinists and build technicians on the shop floor.

Mansioni

• Design mechanical systems and assemblies for large-scale industrial manufacturing equipment, from concept through production-ready builds.
• Generate detailed part drawings, work orders, and BOMs to hand off to fabrication and build technicians.
• Work directly with build technicians on the shop floor to guide assembly, troubleshoot fit/function issues, and iterate in real time.
• Own the design-to-manufacture handoff process, ensuring designs are buildable and repeatable.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls engineers to integrate mechanical systems into complete machine builds.
• Help establish mechanical engineering standards, processes, and team culture as the function grows.
