Job summary

Sanden International, USA, Inc. in Texas seeks an engineer to develop products aligned with Sanden and customer requirements, focusing on compressor and system components (HVAC / HX / ITMS). This role involves design, testing, reporting and engineering theory.

You will train and coach other engineers, provide technical support across manufacturing projects, collaborate with remote locations, and ensure designs comply with EHS, IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 standards.

Qualifications

• BSME preferred.
• 3+ years in automotive design and compressor/system development.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAE and testing.
• Familiar with IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 procedures.
• Strong communication with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions for compressors and HVAC / ITMS components.
• Execute product development to meet technical goals using PDCA.
• Coach engineers and staff; mentor other team members.
• Create testing methods and lab equipment for validation.
• Support cross-functional teams and provide technical reports.
