Lockheed Martin Corporation in Camden, AR, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to research, plan, design and develop mechanical products and systems used in energy and manufacturing contexts. You will apply engineering principles to planning, development, testing, and documentation of mechanical or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and machines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to interpret complex drawing requirements.
• General manufacturing process knowledge.
• Proficiency with ASME Y14.5.
• Proficiency with PTC Creo or equivalent.
• Experience with assembly modeling and creating detailed drawing views of assemblies.
• Experience with machine/tooling/equipment setup, troubleshooting, and proofing.
• This facility requires special access so all candidates must be US Citizens.
• Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• PTC Windchill Data Management experience.
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin processes and procedures.
• Experience creating Parametric Bill-Of-Materials.
• Manufacturing Engineering Leadership experience.
• Tool design experience.
• Process line layout experience.
• Electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulic experience / training.
• Experience performing tolerance stacks.
• Experience reviewing designs and promoting design for manufacturability.
