Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience with automated machinery such as conveyors, robotics, PLCs.
• Familiarity with systems like Hytrol, SpanTech, Cognex, and FANUC is a plus.
• Strong mechanical design and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35–40%.
• Hybrid work capacity based at Willowbrook, IL office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated material handling systems based on customer specifications.
• Evaluate feasibility of new product integrations with respect to cost and timeline.
• Apply engineering practices and vendor relations to develop innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
• Support Account Managers in technical aspects of business development.
• Create detailed designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Oversee on-site installations, including debugging, testing, and training.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as procedures and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
