We’re looking for a practical, hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys solving real-world problems on the shop floor. They should be comfortable moving between CAD designs and drawings, electrical wiring, and hands-on assembly or troubleshooting - someone who can communicate well with a Team and take ownership of projects.
This person has enough manufacturing experience to work confidently in a structured, quality-focused environment, ideally aerospace or AS9100, but is still eager to learn and grow. They are reliable, adaptable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable traveling occasionally to support fulfillment and continuous-improvement work.

A.S. in Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant field, with 4+ years of engineering experience, OR B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, or similar relevant degree from an ABET-accredited Engineering program, with 2+ years of engineering experience
Strong communication skills between departments and across levels of an organization.
Practical knowledge of machine or tooling design, machine controls, safety requirements, ergonomic requirements, machine validation, maintenance, failure modes.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new requirements and environments is expected.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of machine design, pumps and piping systems, electrical components and connections, generators, and air compressor piping and connections
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willing and able to follow required policies (i.e. Safety, Alcohol & Drug Testing, AeroSpace & Defense Regulations as required)
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, manipulate heavy loads, use hand tools for extended periods. Reasonable accommodation can be made as needed.
Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks, with experience in sensors, control design, and component selection; basic programming a plus.
Hands-on shop-floor experience, such as CNC/CAM, machining, fabrication, welding, or assembly, along with familiarity with 3D printing and rapid prototyping tools.
Prototyping experience building, testing, and iterating on fixtures, tools, or production hardware.
Exposure to PLCs or automated equipment, including troubleshooting or programming.
Experience with continuous-improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization) and quality systems in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., AS9100, aerospace, or jet-engine production).
