Job summary

QinetiQ U.S. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I to support the design and testing of advanced EO/IR sensors and weapon systems at our Ft. Belvoir, VA location. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering and strong skills in SolidWorks, CAD tools, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities include designing mechanical components, conducting tests to validate analysis, and developing technical documentation. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering (or similar).
• Understanding of mechanical design and analysis principles.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities
