Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in lighting industry strongly desired but not required.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own product design and development for custom luminaire designs meeting performance, cost, and safety targets.
• Use 3D modeling best practices to develop manufacturable, easy-to-assemble designs.
• Clearly communicate project requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Lead development efforts to integrate new technologies and materials for custom releases.
