Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) seeks an early-career Mechanical Engineer in Plainville, MA. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering is required, with 6–12 months’ HVAC or critical facilities experience. You will join a manufacturing environment to gain hands-on experience across HVAC, chillers, utilities, and commissioning.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support field execution, and help transfer new products into facilities while adhering to cGMP and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–12 months of experience with HVAC, chillers, or critical facilities equipment.
• Strong interest in facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Plainville, MA.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning activities and field execution with installing contractors.
• Prepare field reports, punch lists, summary reports, and final turnover packages.
• Support HVAC, chiller, utility, and critical facilities activities.
• Assist with technology transfers of new products into manufacturing facilities.
• Support small operational engineering projects.
• Assist with requirements for new equipment, modifications, and utility‑related projects.
• Respond to utility and equipment‑related issues during production.
• Support annual revalidation activities.
• Assist with equipment and utility system improvements.
• Work with other sites to share and develop engineering best practices.
• Follow cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements.
