Job summary

HDR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design critical infrastructure and support spaces where people work and thrive. You will coordinate the mechanical design team through schematic and contract document phases, ensuring code compliance with reviews and meetings.

You will also manage workload, participate in site sessions with the Project Manager, and draft specifications while coordinating addenda, RFIs, and change orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Requires PE license or recognition by the licensing board for the position.
• Experience in commercial or institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mechanical design team through schematic design development and CD phase.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other disciplines at site.
• Review mechanical documents for conflicts with other disciplines.
