Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of high-performance interconnect products including PCIe adapters and networking switches.
• Drive NPI lifecycle from architecture to mass production.
• Apply expertise in die casting, sheet metal fabrication, and extrusion for DFM.
• Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs with PTC Creo and Windchill.
• Collaborate with thermal, electrical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
• Prototype, perform tolerance stack-up analysis and mechanical qualification testing.
