Qualifications

• 2+ years industry experience and a 4-year degree in Engineering.
• Background in electro-mechanical systems and/or precision machine design.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and automation systems.
• Familiarity with GD&T, SolidWorks, and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Design components for Stack Forging manufacturing equipment.
• Run design processes from requirements to concept reviews.
• Document design decisions and communicate with teams.
• Improve equipment efficiency and process stability.
• Refine machine requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Perform concept calculations and benchtop tests.
• Develop subsystems, BOMs, CAD models, and drawings.
• Support vendor selection and collaboration on components.
