Job summary

Dynomax, a family-owned aerospace company, is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design, build, draw, and assemble cable harnesses and connector assemblies. You will partner with machinists, vendors, and assembly teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes while communicating with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include a 2+ year manufacturing engineering background, SolidWorks experience, and a BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SolidWorks experience with models, assembly, and drawings required; configurations preferred.
• Desire to learn new subjects and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Source components with in-house machinists and outside vendors.
• Project management from conception to completion.
• Design and build connector and cable harness manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with assembly technicians and quality on harness assemblies.
• Communicate with customers and vendors throughout manufacturing.
