Job summary

Dynomax, a family-owned Aerospace/Defense manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing packages for aerospace components, including routers, drawings, models, and work instructions, spanning material selection and multi-axis milling and lathe operations.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, SolidWorks, GD&T, and an engineering degree; Epicor ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a heavily documented and specification-centric industry.
• Proficient in SolidWorks with strong modeling and drawing skills.
• Experience with multi-axis milling and lathe turning in aerospace context.
• GD&T proficiency and an engineering degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Develop the entire manufacturing process including material selection and machining steps.
• Create documents driving the process: drawings, models, and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement procedures and resolve system issues.
• Maintain documentation and perform root-cause analysis and production studies.
