Job summary

AdeptAg is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop new products, improve existing ones, and troubleshoot complex systems. You will use CAD to create detailed drawings, prototype and test concepts, and collaborate with automation engineers and operations to deliver manufacturable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem solving and mentorship within a growing North

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and create detailed schematics using CAD software.
• Conduct research to develop new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Develop prototypes, build, test, and analyze performance.
• Test and debug systems, write test scripts, and simulate behavior.
• Communicate project status and changes to management and teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems to ensure manufacturability.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to service personnel.
• Create technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with product managers, automation engineers, and operations.
