OPW Global is seeking an engineer to design custom fluid transfer equipment, providing advanced CAD layouts to meet customer specs. The role supports manufacturing, coordinates with other departments, and leads quotes for custom designs.

Approaches include coordinating with outside engineering and vendors for quotes and final design realization. Based in Hamilton, OH, the position emphasizes practical problem solving, strong communication, and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME/BSMET).
• Experience using Creo/ProE, Windchill and AutoCAD or comparable software.
• This position is based in Hamilton, OH.

Responsabilidades

• Applies technical knowledge to design custom products for fluid transfer equipment (e.g. Hyperflow) and layout.
• Provides advanced CAD designs for customer specifications and applicable engineering standards in addition to supporting the manufacturing department.
• Creates detailed designs and layouts of fluid transfer systems to customer specs
• Develops BOM's
• Provides customer support on technical issues.
• Coordinates and communicates with other departments.
• Team Lead of quotes for custom designed equipment.
• Trains new hires for quoting
• Coordinate and delegates work to be quoted with outside engineering
• Gets quotes from outside vendors to be used in custom design
