Job summary

Jacobs seeks mechanical engineers to join our Energy & Power Solutions team in a hybrid role across Fort Worth and other locations. You will engage with clients, assess energy needs, develop concept plans, and drive projects from design through full execution, applying core engineering skills and collaborative problem solving.

Qualified candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years in energy engineering, knowledge of ASME/NFPA/ASHRAE, and experience leading multidisciplinary design

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in energy engineering.
• Knowledge of codes/standards (ASME, NFPA, ASHRAE).
• Ability to perform energy calculations and analyze drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide feasibility studies and design oversight for energy projects.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems with stakeholders.
• Lead mechanical design teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
