Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required and preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in an MEP environment.
• Experience producing construction documents, blueprints, and HVAC layouts.
• Experience with US building codes IMC, UMC, ASHRAE 90.1/62.1/62.2, IPC, IBC.
• Ability to lead mechanical engineering projects and monitor multiple assignments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documentation and manage design projects with QA/QC.
• Monitor multiple projects and provide operational guidance.
• Translate design intent into construction documents.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management in a team environment.
