  • Participate in fabrication and installation to ensure compliance with design and customer specifications.
  • Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to optimize equipment utilization.
  • Design systems integrating machines, hardware, and software.
  • Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to resolve system issues.
  • Contribute to and participate in design reviews.
Mandatory skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • 5-7 years of product and machine design experience using SolidWorks, Pro-E, or Catia.
  • Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks design tools.
  • Experience documenting design reviews and requirements.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Ability to perform hand calculations of stresses.
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Proficiency with math tools such as Matlab or Mathcad.
  • Familiarity with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with patent law.
