We areseeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a B.S. degreethat has a passion for CNC machining to set up and operate highly complexCNC Multi-Axis Mill-Turn. If you thrive on problem-solving, craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and you are a whiz at this trade this is your opportunity to make a difference.

What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate advanced multi-axis CNC Mill-Turn machines (8–11 axis)

  • Interpret blueprints, routers, and setup documentation to plan and execute jobs

  • Program, modify, and optimize NC code for peak performance

  • Perform inspections and verify that all parts meet quality standards and specs.

  • Troubleshoot problems, suggest improvements, and support lights-out manufacturing

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety practices

What You Bring:
  • Mechanical Engineering program graduate with a focus on CNC machining

  • Knowledge of NC code and machine controls (Fanuc and/orMitsubishi)

  • Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes. DMG equipment operating experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and blueprints with GD&T

  • Cutting Tool Selection Skills & Experienceand machining a variety of Stainless Steel, High Temp Alloys, Aluminum & Titanium.

  • Solid understanding of setup sheets, tooling, speeds/feeds, and in-process inspections

  • Bonus Points For:

  • Passion for creating complex parts andproblem-solving and process improvement

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing to Quality Management Standards such as ISO 13485 or AS9100

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
