Qualificações

• Proficiency in creating 3D models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies.
• SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD experience.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-31000 and ASME Y14.100.
• Experience with technical data packages and BOMs.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and engineering change notices.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate requirements into designs.

Responsabilidades

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for mechanical systems.
• Develop architectures and components consistent with specifications.
• Support SETR inputs and documentation.
• Lead SETR activities from kick-off to closeout.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues; prepare and present reports.
• Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Ensure drawings adhere to ASME Y14.100 and related standards.
• Analyze user needs to plan system development and improvements.
• Develop system designs for vehicle integration and operational needs.
• Prepare and manage System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) for PMO.
• Create and maintain BOMs and kits for manufacturing and integration.
• Develop Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Oversee integration, repair, maintenance, and replacement of mechanical systems onboard the ACV.
• Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
