Lead the planning, design, and commissioning of building HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as energy modeling and sustainability reporting. Coordinate with project teams and regional offices, support project managers, oversee designs through construction, and maintain project quality, budgets, and schedules.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical-focused architectural engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, a passed Fundamentals of Engineering exam, and 5–10 years of building design and construction experience. Candidates must have building mechanical systems design experience, strong communication skills, Autodesk Revit experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
