Qualifications

Two years of professional-level mechanical engineering experience including building plan review.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or EIT/PE credentials.
Qualifying experience may substitute for missing education.

Responsibilities

Review building plans for compliance with codes (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, energy).
Assess mechanical adequacy and advise design professionals on code and design issues.
Manage energy and HVAC projects; conduct facility energy audits; develop or implement energy conservation measures.
