Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical drive systems and basic controls logic.
• Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, assemblies, custom components, and safety guarding using SolidWorks.
• Integrate pneumatics, motion control, sensors, and actuators with electrical and control systems.
• Commissioning: Conduct stress/load calculations, system testing, and on-site startup
• Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and optimize machine performance and uptime.
• Collaboration with electrical, software, operations, and safety teams from concept to final delivery.

Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation is needed in the Nashua, NH for a direct hire opportunity to design, build, and optimize and amazing line of custom machinery! The right person will be motivated and knowledgeable in mechanical, automated, and robotic machinery driving to to improve manufacturing efficiency. In this role, you'll translate concepts into reliable automated solutions, working closely with our engineering teams in harmony. Responsibilities
