Positions are full-time, onsite with normal day shifts and occasional production support, with a pay range of $70,000–$130,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program.
• Experience level aligned to associate, professional, or senior engineer placement.
• Working knowledge of mechanical design, power transmission, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Ability to work on the plant floor around operating equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable operation of high-volume manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical design, modification, and installation projects from concept through startup.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and drive root cause and corrective action efforts.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies with maintenance teams.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and capital project justifications.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors during equipment installations and upgrades.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production areas.

Mechanical Engineer (Associate, Professional, Senior)

Location: Augusta, GA area (worksite in Graniteville, SC)

Shift/Schedule: Full-time, onsite, day shift with occasional support for production needs

Pay/Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 per year

A fast-paced, safety-first production facility with consistent growth is adding Mechanical Engineers at the associate, professional, and senior levels. Engineers will keep high-volume manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently while driving projects that improve reliability and cost. • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma training
