Industrial Plus in Everett, WA seeks a Mechanical Engineer to work in a fast-moving, temporary role focused on Agile delivery and TypeScript-based initiatives. You will lead with a hands-on approach, guiding stakeholders and building features to win back WA accounts.

You will be responsible for migrating the TypeScript stack and enabling safe testing with feature flags, while delivering reliable runbooks and clear alerts for on-call staff. This role merges leadership with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Migrate or extract WA region TypeScript stack before deadline.
• Implement Agile feature flags to enable safe testing on Everett traffic.
• Reverse-engineer legacy TypeScript format and document it for the team.
• Create runbooks and hand them off to on-call engineers.
• Transform on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
