You'll work closely with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and customers to develop practical mechanical solutions that meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.

This is a fully onsite position in Webster Groves, MO, offering hands‑on exposure to manufacturing operations and opportunities to contribute throughout the product development process.

What You'll Do
  • Develop mechanical products from initial concepts through detailed design, testing, and commercialization, balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Create and refine CAD models and detailed engineering drawings, collaborating with design teams to turn concepts into production-ready solutions.
  • Validate product designs through engineering analysis, laboratory testing, design reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Work directly with customers, sales, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing teams to solve technical challenges and coordinate product development activities.
  • Improve existing products by identifying opportunities to strengthen reliability, increase manufacturing efficiency, and reduce costs.
What You'll Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work comfortably in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CAD software and detailed engineering drawings, preferably SolidWorks or a comparable platform.

  • An understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes, particularly machining and assembly.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in hydraulics, flow‑control products, water treatment equipment, automotive components, or related mechanical manufacturing environments is a plus.

Entry‑level engineers are welcome to apply, with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

We offer a competitive base salary of $75,000–$130,000, depending on qualifications and experience, along with:

  • A 3% bonus opportunity, paid quarterly.
  • Lump-sum relocation assistance.
