• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field).
• 8+ years’ experience in mechanical design and product development.
• 8+ years’ experience using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of: GD&T and tolerancing analysis, materials and manufacturing processes, and DFM/ DFA principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

To note: this is an on-site role to Salem and does require the candidate to be a US Person (US Citizen or Green Card Holder).
