Position Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and development of advanced manufacturing and automation systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing innovative products, and collaborating across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through production, contributing to system architecture, design, testing, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD software.
• Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and equipment for advanced manufacturing applications.
• Lead projects through concept development, prototyping, testing, and product release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Troubleshoot and improve electromechanical systems, including motion control, sensors, motors, and pneumatic devices.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Additive manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, semiconductor equipment, or precision machinery.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Prototype development, validation testing, and reliability improvement.
• Experience in small or growing organizations where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.
