Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer to design and document components, assemblies, and tooling for 19-inch server and rack-mounted systems. The role requires collaboration with vendors and support for Design for Excellence (DFX) initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics and at least 5 years of hands-on design experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, sheet metal, and plastic injection molding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing 19-inch racking and server mechanical systems.
