Actalent is seeking a design-focused Mechanical Engineer to design and develop customizable electro-mechanical equipment and load banks from initial requirements through manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks and BOM/project lifecycle management. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable designs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of electro-mechanical equipment design experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience managing bills of materials and project lifecycles are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizable electro-mechanical equipment and load banks through from requirements to manufacturing.
• Act as a technical lead collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective and manufacturable designs.
• Lead BOM management and oversee project lifecycles to successful on-time delivery.
