  • Report model conflicts, mechanical scope issues, and coordination concerns to the appropriate project teams.
  • Assist in resolving clashes and design coordination issues with internal teams, BIM teams, and subcontractors.
  • Support QA/QC coordination related to mechanical design, construction documentation, and field execution.
  • Help ensure mechanical models, drawings, and related documentation are accurate, organized, and aligned with project standards.

Mechanical Scope Oversight

  • Oversee mechanical scopes across multiple working areas and support review of mechanical engineering work quality.
  • Serve as a main coordination contact for QA/QC, BIM teams, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
