  • Perform calculations, load analyses and energy modeling to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams, develop O&M manuals and deliver training for facility staff.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices for design standardization, constructability and cost control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building, manufacturing or semiconductor industries; experience with healthcare facilities is a strong plus.
  • Proven proficiency with Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD for modeling, coordination and drafting.
  • Solid experience in piping design, equipment selection and fluid system calculations.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor facility systems (process utilities, ultra‑pure water, cleanrooms) and manufacturing facility requirements.
  • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, IMC, local codes) and experience ensuring compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors.
  • Detail‑oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects or priorities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure preferred; experience with project cost estimating and vendor management is beneficial.
