Level: Mid-Level through Lead/Senior opportunities
Our client, a growing advanced battery technology company, is expanding its mechanical engineering team to support the development of next-generation battery systems across automotive and advanced mobility applications.
We are looking for hands‑on Mechanical Engineers who enjoy owning products and solving problems across the full development lifecycle. Rather than focusing on one narrow piece of the engineering process, you’ll have the opportunity to work across design, component development, supplier collaboration, prototyping, assembly, testing, validation, and manufacturing.
Multiple openings are available, with opportunities ranging from experienced Mechanical Engineers to senior/lead-level engineers with deeper high‑voltage battery pack expertise.
Experience in any of the following areas is highly valuable:
For senior/lead-level candidates, direct high‑voltage battery pack development experience and the ability to independently lead complex technical work are especially valuable.
The strongest engineers for this team enjoy being hands‑on and taking ownership. You’ll do well if you are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and solving problems that don't always come with a predefined answer.
This is a great environment for someone who wants to expand beyond a highly specialized engineering function and have direct involvement in how a product is designed, built, tested, and improved.
