Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Nashua, NH to design and develop mechanical and automated equipment using SolidWorks, focusing on OEM, industrial, and machinery applications.
You will create detailed designs, drawings, BOMs, and prototypes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and support new product development. This is an onsite role with growth in a startup-like environment.
This role focuses on designing and developing mechanical and automated equipment using SolidWorks, with a strong emphasis on OEM, industrial, and machinery applications. You will create detailed designs, documentation, and prototypes, while working hands-on with equipment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems and support new product and system development.
This is an onsite role, requiring presence at the facility every day. You will work in a hands‑on engineering and manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with technicians and other engineers around real equipment rather than working solely at a desk. The setting involves industrial and automated machinery, including pumps, valves, motors, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, and PLC‑based control systems. You can expect a dynamic, growth‑oriented atmosphere where you help build and refine equipment platforms in a startup environment.
This is a Permanent position based out of Nashua, NH.
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
This is a fully onsite position in Nashua,NH.
