  • Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant staff to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
  • Develop preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment.
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (inspection, vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) to ensure optimal equipment availability.
  • Analyze and eliminate recurring issues through root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA, and similar techniques.
  • Support improvements in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of major equipment.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement processes focused on equipment reliability and availability.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on the CBM program’s progress and performance.
  • Gather input and facilitate task completion through collaboration with others.
  • Research technical solutions to mechanical and operational problems.
  • Coordinate SAP system operations related to PMR optimization and development with maintenance planners.
  • Provide training and technical support for maintenance teams, emphasizing reliability concepts.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies in all work environments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Preferred Fields: Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience:

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience

Training/Certifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project

Additional Requirements:

  • Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators where applicable.
  • Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit testing.
