Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute engineering projects in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, design specifications, engineering reports, and project progress updates.
  • Employ analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges encountered during project execution.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that tasks are completed within established timelines and budget constraints while upholding ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Update technical specifications and documents as required to aid in the continuous development of the firm.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the proposed design and are accepting of the direction as the project evolves.
  • Be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities, responding to unforeseen challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide technical support during the construction phase, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications.
