• Represents respective projects at meetings and conferences.
• May plan, organize, and supervise design engineering activities for a project of significant size and complexity (e.g., project requiring the integration of two or more engineering disciplines).
• May provide direction and supervision to lower level team members.

Acts as staff specialist in providing technical guidance for complex or unique assignments. The incumbent must be capable of applying diversified knowledge of design engineering principles and practices, and independently making decisions on significant design engineering problems or methods.

The hiring/salary range for this position in California is $97,000 - $146,000 per year. Please note that this is a just a suggested framework and salaries could fall outside of this.
