  • Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and test facilities to ensure product performance and alignment with expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
  • Contribute to process improvements and new product development initiatives.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Manage tasks proactively and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering & 3 + years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree in engineering & 6 + years of relevant design experience.
  • Strong proficiency with SolidWorks preferred, other modeling programs considered.
  • Knowledge and application of GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5).
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret complex technical documentation.
  • Experience developing prototypes using best practices and new technology.
  • Ability to travel independently up to a few times a year.
Above and Beyond
