Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year

A bit about us

We are an aerospace and defense engineering organization focused on delivering superior engineering and program management services for advanced hardware and software integration solutions. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by applying a flexible, open‑system development philosophy built around spiral and incremental development.

This approach allows hardware, software, techniques, and tactics to evolve based on real‑world feedback gathered during Operational Assessment (OA) and flight testing. By rapidly incorporating lessons learned, we are able to cost‑effectively refine systems into solutions that work reliably in operational environments—not just on paper.

Our organization operates across multiple divisions, including engineering, program execution, and technical services, with management processes designed to promote strong cross‑disciplinary collaboration. This integrated structure enables us to deliver hardware and software integration, flight test planning and support, and requirements development efficiently and cohesively.

We are known for producing results on time and on budget, including executing Firm‑Fixed‑Price government contracts—placing performance risk on ourselves rather than the customer. This mindset, combined with disciplined engineering and requirements management, allows us to deliver high‑quality aerospace systems with exceptional budget efficiency.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing aerospace engineering organization that delivers mission‑critical, fieldable systems for complex aviation and defense environments. Engineers here have real ownership—from early system design through flight test and operational deployment—and work in a culture that values technical rigor, accountability, and practical execution. If you enjoy solving hard problems, working across disciplines, and seeing your designs perform in real operational settings, this role offers both challenge and impact.
