Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Connecticut is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to drive design and manufacturing support. You will apply SolidWorks CAD for complex parts and contribute to extrusion and converting processes.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, maintaining accurate BOMs and documentation, and managing multiple machine projects with minimal onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical engineer with SolidWorks CAD.
• 4+ years plastics extrusion and converting.
• Experience with BOMs and manufacturing docs.
• Familiar with PDM/PLM systems.
• Supports multiple concurrent machine projects.
• Communicates across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
