Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience (equipment maintenance and troubleshooting)
• Experience with industrial equipment such as blenders, mixers, boilers, and HVAC systems
• Ability to support general building maintenance and repairs
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Autodesk Fusion 360
• Familiar with PLCs & Ladder Logic

Responsibilities

This individual will also help optimize workflow, equipment layout, and overall space utilization to maximize efficiency. Early on, they will work closely with the maintenance team to gain hands‑on exposure to key systems and operational processes.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:
