Qualifications

Mechanical Engineer | Energy | California (On-Site) | $110-130k per year

Are you passionate about innovative engineering and next-generation energy technologies? We're searching for experienced Mechanical Engineers to join growing energy companies across California, aiding in the design, development, and deployment of advanced energy systems and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components, assemblies, and complex electromechanical systems.
• Draft and confirm 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Work with electrical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams to bring designs from concept through production.
• Perform engineering analysis, including thermal, structural, and stress analysis where applicable.
• Identify improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or equipment engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar tools.
• Experience working with complex mechanical assemblies, industrial equipment, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, manufacturing processes, and design validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Experience within the energy, clean technology, industrial automation, power generation, or capital equipment sectors is highly desirable.
