Plans and directs research and development activities to introduce new products for manufacture. Conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop design for products. Reviews and directs activities for current products that are subject to revisions. Directs and coordinates manufacturing processes in the industrial plant required for the development of new products and/or execution of continuous improvement.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
